Ahuja Medical & Research Centre

I had a very disappointing experience at Ahuja Medical & Research Centre, Deputy Padao, Bhannana Purwa, Kanpur. The hospital charges a ₹500 OPD consultation fee, but the patient management system is extremely poor. Even after taking a pre-booked appointment, patients still have to wait for a very long time before meeting the doctor. Patients are forced to stand in long queues, and there is no proper queue management or waiting system inside the hospital. What is more frustrating is that many basic services that are available free in government hospitals are being charged here, yet the facilities and service quality do not justify the fee. Patients, including elderly people and sick individuals, are left waiting for long periods without proper management. For a hospital located in a busy area like Deputy Padao, Kanpur, such poor hospital administration, appointment system, and patient service is unacceptable. The management should urgently improve patient handling, appointment scheduling, and waiting time management so that people visiting for treatment do not face unnecessary inconvenience.
