696 on GoogleIn February 2026, my mother was admitted to this hospital with an infection. She stayed there for more than three weeks, and sadly, she passed away on the 27th. This was the worst hospital experience of my life, and I will always regret bringing my mother there. On the morning of the 27th, around 11 a.m., we were told that she could pass away at any time. What hurt the most was the complete lack of emotional support from the professional staff, especially some of the nursing staff. No one guided the family, comforted us, or showed compassion during the hardest moment of our lives. I understand ICU policies and restrictions, but if they already knew she could not be saved, why was she not moved to a private room so her family could spend her final moments beside her? Instead, my biggest pain is knowing that my mother spent her last moments surrounded by strangers instead of her loved ones. She was in a coma, and we were helpless. I was also deeply disappointed with the basic care provided. Proper hygiene and personal care should still matter for palliative patients. My mother’s facial hair and upper lips were not even cleaned or maintained. These may seem like small things to others, but to a family watching their loved one suffer, these things matter deeply. Dignity matters. Ironically, the only people who showed genuine kindness and emotional support were the security guard and the cleaning staff. They treated us with more humanity and compassion than some of the professional staff did. The attitude and communication from certain staff members were cold and insensitive. Another concerning issue was that we were not even allowed to take a photocopy or photo of the consent forms we were asked to sign. This review is not written simply because I lost my mother. Loss is painful anywhere. This review is about the lack of compassion, dignity, communication, and emotional care we experienced during the most devastating time of our lives.
I m very thankful to my mom doctors, my diabetic care Dr. Rishab Kapoor & Dr. Akanksha Bansal who care my mom very well, they immediately got all my tests & after complain with cancer cell then they immediately operated. So nw she fine nd feeling very good, we are very thankful to all the nursing staff, helpers, and all the members they are very helpful and they look after her very well God Bless them all to serve the needy people in future also again very very thankful. 😇🙏🏻
Very good hospital. My stay in the hospital was from 08 to 20 January 2026. All consultants, RMO,s, Patient Welfare Officer, Nursing Supdt, Ward Incharge, Staff Nurses, GNM, Male Nursing staff, Dietician, Helpers and other supporting staff are very co-operatve, nice & caring. Their behavior with the patients is respectful and very good. Rooms and bathrooms are well maintained. The old building of hospital do not have enough space for the patients to walk in the corridor resulting stomach upset & constipation. Patients are bound to remain in their wards and 20 steps in length of gallery. I do not have the knowledge of new building which has perhaps AC facilities. The owner and managing staff are very nice and co-operatve and have a human touch in their behavior & dealing. Best wishes & regards. Vet.Chaman Lal Angiras, Joint Director (Education) H. P. (Retd.)
