Hi I will share my review about My Hospital My Grandfather Inguinal Hernia, Surgery was done by the best general surgeon Dr Navdeep Kumar Singla at very affordable price, the doctor was very polite and professional and also emergency doctor Dr Avantika She was very nice with the patient and was of very nice nature we had a private room which was of average condition But treatment was fantastic and Talking about cleanliness i will rate 3 out of 5 and for nursing staff was also good not fantastic but good we have to call them again and again for things to be done our bed was not working properly we had called the maintenance team 100 of times no one came after to much calls finally came and fixed and for the food staff it was disgusting and very unprofessional they were coming and serving the food to the patients our patient was not allowed to eat food as per the doctors so they should have surved coconut water but they didn't provided the coconut water we have to go again and again for that thing and after we complained they came and start fighting with us this was disgusting and please my hospital take strict actions against them rest overall experience was good Doctor experience: 10/5 Nursing staff: 3/5 Cleanliness: 3/5 Treatment: 5/5 Private and semi-private rooms 4/5 Cafeteria and food serving staff: 0/5 Rude behaviour (Please take strict actions against them ) Receptionist behaviour: 5/5 Emergency doctor: 5/5 Overall Good experience I will suggest you to visit this hospital for a affordable and food treatment

My Father Mr Digambar singh was admitted under Dr Virender Dhankar for TRBT . My dad was facing serious disease but dr Dhankar done absolutely well thier surgery and I am very impressed with them and hospital staff as they took very good care from when we arranged to hospital till discharge . All staff of My hospital is very experienced in their profession as in thier profession of nursing , medical officers and other admin staff .All are highly qualified and hardworking . Apart from this the pre surgery plan was too quick like all the general and aesthetic process was very fast . If we talk about the hospital stay that was perfect.
