Behavior of the two girls at the reception is very bad. They don't have the manners to talk to patients and are unable to provide proper guidance (date 09.01.2026 at 11:10 am)

Very nice Experience here at Anandam Netralaya, friendly atmosphere and cooperative staff... Special thanks to Dr. Supriya khere ma'am for giving special attention and care to my 7 yrs old kid and examining him for his refraction issues....
The doctors are best in town here and would recommend getting eye related things done here, but the management is worst, no respect for time and appointment and the staff wont even answer properly to your queries you will have to spend entire day even for smallest of procedure took my dad here for lens cleanup which is 5 min process but had to sit for 4 hours even after taking appointment.
I am very satisfied from the treatment and the staff and management is very good and well trained All the processes are fast and satisfying Very thankful Best hospital in town
