I had a highly disappointing experience at this hospital. It is easily one of the most unhygienic facilities I have visited. There is a complete lack of standardized processes; from appointments and surgery to discharge and follow-ups, every step was absolute chaos. There is zero coordination between departments, and I was shocked to find nurses giving medical advice 'on the fly' without even verifying which patient they were discussing. The 'Deluxe Room' was subpar—frankly, a general ward at most other hospitals would offer better conditions. The lack of staff communication is beyond frustrating.

Very disappointed with the experience at Apex Multispeciality Hospital, Nashik. Despite being in a special room, even the most basic patient care and hygiene were ignored. Blanket and pillow were denied to the patient’s relative, even after multiple requests. Rajesh Patil Sir personally promised during his visit that a blanket would be provided “ASAP,” but it was never sent. Cockroaches were present in the room, and when reported, the sister casually responded, “This is a hospital, what can we do?” Housekeeping was sent only after several complaints. During my father’s surgery, I was asked to collect medicines from the 1st floor while the OT was on the 7th floor. On returning, the liftman refused to let me in, citing overcrowding with just six people inside. I was forced to take the stairs during a critical situation. The ICU hygiene was very poor and far from acceptable for a hospital of this scale. All these issues were reported in the patient feedback form and personally conveyed to our consultant Dr. Ajinkya Deshle. I also sent a detailed email to Dr. Nitin Borse Sir and Dr. Sagar Deshmukh Sir, but received no response. This clearly shows that patient care is secondary to profit at this hospital. If patients are treated like objects—first collect money, then give partial service—it is a serious failure of medical ethics. Patients deserve the full service they are paying for. I urge everyone to think carefully before choosing this hospital. Your health and dignity matter—don’t settle for less.
