My father recently underwent a heart bypass and valve surgery at Ashoka Medicover Hospital, performed by Dr. Pranav Mali. He treated us not just as patients, but like his own family. Before the surgery, he spoke to my father with great care and reassurance, giving him confidence and emotional support. I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at Ashoka Medicover Hospital. The service was completely unorganized and unprofessional. The ground staff offered absolutely no support or guidance — they seemed uninterested and unwilling to help patients who were clearly confused and waiting for assistance. There was no proper coordination, and doctor availability was a major issue. Despite arriving early for a basic health checkup, I was forced to wait over 7+ hours with no clear communication about delays. Patients were left sitting for hours without updates, and the overall management appeared chaotic. For a hospital that claims to provide quality healthcare, this level of neglect and inefficiency is unacceptable. The lack of support, poor staff responsiveness, and endless waiting time made this one of the worst medical experiences I have ever had. I would strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this hospital. Mod: Anurag, don't even bother to come down to talk to crowd. I would highly recommend not visiting this place ever.
