I recently underwent cataract surgery at your hospital and would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the staff involved in my care — especially the nursing team — for your professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness. From the moment I arrived, I felt I was in good hands. The staff took time to explain each step clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I was comfortable, both before and after the operation. Your gentle care helped greatly in easing my anxieties. After the surgery, I was impressed by how attentive the nursing staff were — monitoring me, providing care, and following up to ensure I was recovering well. The support I received during post-op was outstanding. I appreciate how smoothly everything went without complications. Thank you once again to the entire team — from the reception, pre-op, surgical, recovery, to post-op care. I won’t hesitate to recommend your hospital to friends and family if they need ophthalmic or surgical care.

Dr. Manish Ji Joshi is not only an excellent ophthalmologist but a generous and kind person as well. My father once told Dr.saab that you're the second doctor I've met in Jodhpur who's so polite and dexter, the first one was Dr. G.N.Purohit saab. I got my father's both eyes operated by him. He was having cataract. The first one was operated last year in May and the second one recently. Both the operations were perfectly alright. The diagnosis was accurate, and the treatment worked perfectly for me. 5. The entire process was smooth, and the staff ensured a comfortable experience. 6. Place was Clean and Hygienic 7. I appreciate the part where Dr. Manish probed me thoroughly and did two different examinations to get to the root cause of the issue. 8. When you reach the reception, they charge you with 300/- fee, with your name, age and phone number, online offline both facility available >> then you proceed to basic eye testing area, also BP of your eye is also checked >> then you enter the waiting hall 1 >> then an attendant calls you to proceed at waiting hall 2 (final place where you're the next patient in), >> then you finally get to see the Dr. All during this, you don't have to carry your prescription slip, when you land to Dr. room the attendant carries & hand it to Dr. directly. 9.
