I had my father Cataract surgery here. I had an excellent experience from admission to discharge.Dr kamdar is highly knowledgeable , polite and experienced. Special mention to Mr. Sajid who guide us at every step and helped us with everything. Management is too good and process of admission to discharge is lightining fast. Highly recommended for any eye related issues.
One of the worst hospital in jodhpur. Please don't go there if you have have taken insurance. In my case it was tie up with MD india insurance but they told me to put 40000 advance as security which is not at all required. Even after getting approval from insurance company regarding full surgery and lens . My father has done one eye operation in 2022 but still didn't get any support. My father was above 65+ age but no support from hospital administration specially insurance handling person. It is very expensive hospital and I compared lens price in another hospital which is very less. I am highly disappointed with the behaviour . My old age father repeatedly ask that if claim has been approved then why are you asking about security and other 10,000 rs charges but they were not ready to listen. I will never recommend any one to go there. Worst experience ever
I visited for an eye check-up and was made to wait for nearly 2–3 hours. Due to this long waiting time, I developed a headache and felt extremely frustrated. Patients who arrived after me were attended before me. There was no proper queue or time management. Very disappointing experience and not recommended. In hindi
