I am deeply thankful to Doctor Alla Gopala Krishna Gokhale Sir and his associates for the best treatment given. Doctor Gokhale Sir is very kind and very experienced heart surgeon. He explained everything about surgery in detail and gave us confidence about it. Pre surgery diagnosis was perfect. He has done minimally access heart mitral valve surgery. It was bit complicated surgery due to patient physical condition but he made it with ease and gave new life to patient. I am so much thankful to Dr Gokhale Sir and his whole team. Thank you Sir. After surgery if i talk about recovery it's next level. ICU management is too good. It was seamless. Because recovery is also a important part. I am thankful to whole staff. Nurses, physiotherapist, dietician, supervisors, house keeping the whole team. Also thankful to Insurance team, admission team, billing team, security. Everyone was supportive and helpful. From the very beginning, the doctors carefully evaluated my mother’s existing health conditions and created a treatment approach that made us feel confident and reassured. What truly stood out was the dedication of the doctor, who visited my mother every day. Those daily visits made her feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for. He took the time to patiently answer all of her questions—even the ones she brought from internet and YouTube research—showing great respect for the patient’s concerns and curiosity. The on-call nurses were prompt, attentive, and compassionate, always available when needed. The housekeeping and cleaning staff were also punctual and maintained a very clean and comfortable environment throughout her stay. Apollo’s communication with patients and families is outstanding. Every update was timely, clear, and professional, which made a stressful time much easier for our family. We are truly grateful to the entire team for their dedication, professionalism, and kindness. We had a very positive experience at the hospital. My father was admitted to the International Block, Room No. 9332, and received excellent care throughout his stay. We would like to sincerely thank Dr. Vijay Kumar, Dr. Srinivas, Dr. Ranga Reddy, and Dr. Balavardan Reddy for their professionalism, expertise, and compassionate care. My father underwent leg surgery, which was successful, and the doctors kept us well informed and guided us throughout the treatment process. We are also grateful to all the nursing staff, housekeeping team, and floor staff from every shift. Everyone was caring, attentive, and ensured my father was comfortable and well looked after during his hospitalization. We highly appreciate the dedication and support provided by the entire hospital team. We wish the hospital continued success and would confidently recommend it to anyone seeking quality medical care. The booking process for the health package was quick and smooth. I appreciated that Apollo arranged home sample collection for blood tests one day before the full body check-up, so reports were ready by the time we reached the hospital. However, the billing and payment process was stressful. The payment link initially shared did not work, and we were told samples would not be processed until payment was completed. At one point, a staff member even requested payment to a personal number, which felt uncomfortable given current online fraud concerns. Eventually the issue was resolved after another staff member shared a working link and mentioned it was a UHID system issue. At the hospital, initial guidance was good, but later there was confusion and lack of coordination during the tests. Many interns were involved with limited senior supervision, and we had to repeatedly follow up ourselves to ensure all tests were completed. We also received an incorrect digital report even before some tests were done. Sharing an incorrect report, creates anxiety and reduces the trust in the overall result reporting. The doctor consultation was the best part - very patient, detailed, and reassuring. Overall, good doctors and decent service, but the coordination, reporting process, and IT/payment systems need significant improvement.
