Basavatarakam Indo American Cancer Hospital & Research Institute

We visited this hospital a couple of weeks back when my father-in-law was diagnosed with stage 4 advanced colon cancer. We feel truly blessed to have been under the care of Dr. Sujit Patnaik, who performed a highly complex surgery with exceptional skill. Beyond his outstanding surgical expertise, Dr. Patnaik showed remarkable compassion and care throughout the process. We also had the opportunity to meet Mr. Sunil Tandon, COO of the hospital, who personally helped us connect with the best doctors and ensured everything was coordinated seamlessly. Mr. Prasanna, Assistant Manager, was by our side every single day, assisting us with administrative processes and making sure our journey in the hospital was smooth. Overall, the hospital has been nothing short of world-class in its treatment and approach. The team here combines medical excellence with a genuine intention to serve humanity. It is a trust-driven institution that provides outstanding care at a fraction of the cost compared to other hospitals. We are deeply grateful for the care, professionalism, and compassion we experienced, and we wholeheartedly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking the best treatment with a human touch.

I’ve been visiting this hospital every day for the past week for my mom’s treatment. The hospital is really big and the treatment from the doctors is very good, so no complaints there. But honestly, the staff really need to improve their behavior. They talk very disrespectfully and don’t seem to have basic manners when dealing with patients and their families. It makes things even more stressful for people who are already worried about their loved ones. I hope the management looks into this because the hospital has good facilities and treatment, but the staff attitude leaves a very bad impression.

Very good hospital. Treatment and facilities are excellent. We had gone to head & neck & got the surgery done.We have never seen an experienced doctor like Dr C.S. Chandra Sekhara Rao LM, Sr surgeon. He is a nice & very cool gentleman. His all the team members are also very good & well experienced. There dealings with patient is very impressive. Another person Mr Meka Raju perhaps, secretary and receptionist in ENT is so well behaved and cool. He helps the people very dedicatedly. Very good gentleman. Behaviour of indore and nursing staff are very good. Very rare person behave rudely. Mr Venkatraman the man for councilling for admission is a non cooperative having no knowledge. Overall experience very good.Wanted to add something forgot. Dr Jakir Sir, a fine gentleman, experienced and very approachable doctor from Nuclear medicine department. We are really impressed.

I have been visiting the hospital since the last 1 n half months for my cancer treatment. They have such wonderfull doctors . I had the opportunity to converse with Dr . Rajagopalan , Dr . TS Rao , Dr . Zeeba , Dr Rahul , Dr , Sanath n few others. I must say they are so caring n dedicated. They have given me a new lease of life. I have never experienced or seen such caring service before . The nurses and the other staff members are equally understanding n caring. I'm very happy that I approached you all for my treatment .
