My patient’s Radiation Treatment journey at Apollo Hospitals, Gandhinagar has been truly exceptional. The treatment was completed under the guidance of Dr. Vivek Bansal Sir, with a total of 27 Radiation sessions. Dr. Bansal is extremely senior, highly experienced, and a very humble doctor. Every week he personally met us, explained the progress in detail, and ensured we were comfortable and confident throughout the treatment. Dr. Liya Ma’am was also incredibly supportive and caring — her comforting nature made a huge difference. A special thanks to Bhavesh Bhai, who guided us perfectly regarding the entire treatment plan. His counseling was clear and reassuring, and he provided the best possible scheduling. We never had to wait for radiation sessions — excellent coordination and management. Ritesh Sir handled the complete TPA process very smoothly. He was always available and extremely helpful, making the documentation process stress-free. Sr. Technologist Jeetu Sir and the entire Technologist team, along with the Nursing team, were very supportive, polite, and caring. Their positive attitude made every day easier. Honestly, in Radiation Oncology, I never felt stressed for my patient’s treatment. Heartfelt thanks to Team Apollo for treating our son with compassion and like a family member. My son Shrey, aged 7 years, was diagnosed with Residual Pilocytic Astrocytoma (WHO Grade I). He underwent 30 sessions of radiation therapy under the guidance of Dr. Chirag Amin. Dr. Chirag Amin sir is very experienced and explained the entire treatment process clearly and patiently, which gave us confidence and peace of mind throughout the treatment. From the administration team, Bhavesh Bhai provided detailed counseling regarding the treatment plan and supported us at every step, making the process smooth and well-organized. In the nursing team, Senior Nurse Ranjan Sister took exceptional care of our son. She even arranged new clothes for him and treated him like a family member, which truly touched our hearts. The entire technology staff was very experienced, polite, and cooperative. Overall, we did not have to take any stress regarding our son’s treatment. The behavior of all staff members was highly professional, caring, and compassionate. Once again, heartfelt thanks to Team Apollo for the excellent care and support.

Our heartfelt thanks to the Stem Cell/Bone Marrow Transplant Unit at Apollo Hospital for treating our daughter with such compassion and care, truly making us feel like family. My daughter, Advika (6 years old), was diagnosed with Shwachman-Diamond Syndrome with moderate aplastic anaemia. She underwent a Haploidentical Allogeneic Hematopoietic Cell Transplant on 30/06/2025 under the expert guidance of Dr. Velu Nair, Dr. Sandip Kheni, and their dedicated team. Dr. Velu Nair and his team are exceptionally experienced. They explained the entire treatment process clearly and patiently, which gave us immense confidence and peace of mind throughout this journey. From the administration team, Pulkit Bhai provided detailed information regarding the treatment plan and the CGHS admission process. He supported us at every step, making the entire procedure smooth and well-organized. In the BMT unit, Senior Nurse Upasna sister and her team took exceptional care of Advika. She even went the extra mile by arranging drawing books and colours for her, treating her like her own family.
