We visited this place for blood test and received awesome service. Waiting area is spacious, staffs are gentle and courteous. Whole process is hassle free and smooth. Billing counter ladies extend as receptionists and helpers and they do their job very well. Whole place is clean and spotless. Really liked the entire experience. We were done within 30 mins on a Saturday morning.

This review is on the complain of Mr Vamsi (whose phone pe number ends with 57 in the Mri head scan) I was transfer to this scan Hospital for Scan through Cooperative sector. It should had been free but sadly there are quite a few greedy people like him who ask for money and we had to pay them to get our work done. Mr Vamsi asked 500 Rs and I had to give him money, he told if we give him money then he will do it with all his knowledge and scan would be perfect. Other than him, everything was very good, very good reception with good behaviour and reception lady talk with a polite way and did all the things very good and disciplinary way and it was very good in the hospitality. Mr Vamsi ask patients to pay him through cash or online way, he literally begs patients for the money, when they don't give then he talk about doing in good way. Like, if we don't pay him then he will do wrong scan and put the patients think that scan would be wrong. Mr Vamsi ask patients money. Kindly remove these greedy people from your hospital, patients please don't pay him any money.

Recently one of colleague got severe bleeding from nose,and he was taken to a hospital in Bangalore ,they suggested he got hypertension and asked them to admit .As we checked with our insurance team they suggested Apoorva hospital was there in their network and it was just 900 m away from the hospital where he was taken at first.So we booked a cab and took him there ,on reaching the receptionist didn't even bother about the patient as he was still bleeding and she told that they don't accept insurance here .I have to reach out my insurance partner and they said we will taken action against the hospital ,and again we moved him to other hospital and got him admitted.Is this even the way to treat patients?And what medical field is all about?If someone doesn't even start treatment during an emergency and claiming money and insurance stuffs by keeping the patient waiting,what kind of service do they provide ?Is this the hospitals call ? or the person in the reception just want to avoid patients with insurance ,we don't know.Pathetic hospital ever seen.

Front office people were really helpful. Diagnostic centre ambience is maintained very well and clean. Seating capacity of the diagnostic centre is good. All the diagnostic services are available here. Good diagnosis centre. Parking is available both for 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler. Staffs are really friendly. In 1st floor reception is present. Washroom are clean and well maintained.
