RV Metropolis and Diagnostic and Health Care Centre Pvt Ltd

This diagnostic centre has very good service. They have a large waiting area. The staffs are well experienced and provids information with patience. The reports will available within 2 hrs except some special tests. All kind of diagnosis including scanning, blood tests are available.

I recently visited here through my CGHS card for a few tests. The hygiene is good, and the staff behaves well, which I appreciate. However, the experience was affected by poor management. I genuinely don’t understand how they decide the preference or order of tests—even when there was no crowd, the process was slow and confusing. On top of that, the punctuality is disappointing, with delays that don’t seem necessary. Overall, it’s a decent place in terms of cleanliness and staff behaviour, but the management and timing need serious improvement.

I visited RV Metropolis, Malleswaram for my regular blood tests today morning. I have to appreciate the manner in which all the supporting staff interact with the patients right from billing to the way samples are taken for investigation. My special thanks goes to Namitha, who took extreme care in extracting blood samples without even a pinch of pain to the patient. She explained in detail including confirming the pateint labelling as well as the new syringes being used. For diabetic patients , she politely informs to give their post prandial samples exactly two hours after breakfast/tablets. Once again my appreciation to Namitha , wishing her best of luck s for her future career growth as well as kudos to RV Metropolis Malleswaram and all its staff for the excellent service they are rendering.. Had my blood drawn for some blood tests.. Ms. Puspalatha handled the entire process with utmost care and made sure I was comfortable. Metropolis is the most convenient place for all kinds of tests. And they maintain topnotch hygiene all throughout the process. Thank you.
