Shortage of Drs poor response from the staff. Even while registration itself I asked clearly how long it's will take 2 hour told more than 4 hours waiting. After seen all the reviews i enquired before registration. Worst experience this is the 1 st time happened here previously good maintenance. Staff need more training. 1. After saw the reviews i could change the hospital. 2. After enquiry also same think happened 3. Staff said 35 patient are there i told i will have lunch and come back she told I will put drops then you go. How can I go with blurry eyes. 4. Staff understand is very poor now she s tell you go and have you lunch how can I go with blurry eyes.

Being a tourist and having broken my specs, I went for glass prescription and making glasses in emergency. I found the staff very polite and helpful even with my language issues as I did not know Tamil. But we managed. The store handed me the very good specs within half an hour at half the cost than the stores in the nearby streets. Thanks a lot to all the staff and doctors there!

Pathetic. The girl who was doing the vision test was acting restless. Not checking the visibility to read properly and urging the patients to read fast. It is better to be closed instead of operating inefficiently.

The way you handle the patients is too worse. If you can't handle the crowd, then you can fix certain limitations for patients and their appointment. It's too pathetic to see aged people and patients waiting for more than 4-5 hours. Most importantly, the way of handling is too bad and not giving proper response.Lack of interaction with patients and worst management. It'll be fine if all these issues got fixed and I've seen bad reviews yet those issues aren't fixed.
