I visited this hospital for a eye check-up for my mother, who had undergone cataract surgery at another private hospital. She was experiencing irritation, so we came here to understand the reason and ensure everything was normal. Unfortunately, we did not receive a clear explanation about why the irritation was happening. Additionally, after the tests were completed, I requested the observation report. Initially, the staff avoided providing the document and mentioned that it is not given to all patients. I had to repeatedly request it before it was finally shared. Ideally, such medical observations should be provided by default for transparency. What was most disappointing was the way the response was handled. Repeatedly asking “What do you want?” instead of addressing the concern professionally is not acceptable in a healthcare environment. Patients and their families visit hospitals with trust and concern, and they deserve respectful communication. I hope the hospital improves its patient communication standards and ensures observation reports are shared transparently with all patients in the future. I do not recommend buying glasses from here. Within just one month, the lens developed scratches and the paint started peeling off. When I contacted them, I did not receive a proper response or solution. The quality is very poor and it is not worth the money spent.

The hospital staff were very polite, supportive, and ensured that the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The environment was clean, professional, and made me feel completely at ease.
