My visit to Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital was genuinely comforting, and Dr. Vinothini made the whole experience even better. She spoke so politely, understood my concerns, and explained the treatment in a very simple, reassuring way. The staff were equally kind, very supportive, and handled everything smoothly from the moment I walked in. I felt relaxed throughout the process because everyone there truly seemed to care. I’m really satisfied with the care I received, and I would happily recommend Dr. Agarwal’s and Dr. Vinothini to anyone who needs eye treatment.

I visited this hospital for a eye check-up for my mother, who had undergone cataract surgery at another private hospital. She was experiencing irritation, so we came here to understand the reason and ensure everything was normal. Unfortunately, we did not receive a clear explanation about why the irritation was happening. Additionally, after the tests were completed, I requested the observation report. Initially, the staff avoided providing the document and mentioned that it is not given to all patients. I had to repeatedly request it before it was finally shared. Ideally, such medical observations should be provided by default for transparency. What was most disappointing was the way the response was handled. Repeatedly asking “What do you want?” instead of addressing the concern professionally is not acceptable in a healthcare environment. Patients and their families visit hospitals with trust and concern, and they deserve respectful communication. I hope the hospital improves its patient communication standards and ensures observation reports are shared transparently with all patients in the future. Dr. Vinodhini – Kind, approachable, and quick in diagnosis. She explained everything clearly and reassuringly. Excellent ophthalmologist. Dr. Balamuruganandharaj – An outstanding surgeon who performed the surgery with great skill and confidence. OT Staff – Highly cooperative and attentive throughout. ECG & Scanning Technicians – Courteous, patient, and performed their duties professionally. Consultant Team – Offered excellent guidance and extended prompt support in processing the insurance claim. Manager – Very approachable and helpful, ensured smooth coordination and patient comfort. Pharmacist – Explained the dosage instructions clearly and with patience. Eye Testing Technicians (Counters 1 & 2) – Very polite, efficient, and well-mannered. Receptionists & OPD Staff – Friendly, supportive, and well-coordinated. Housekeeping Staff (தூய்மை பணியாளர்கள்) – Maintained excellent cleanliness throughout the premises. Hospital Ambience – Clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
