Well located, spacious,clean. Staff seems to be trained, and mix of experienced and fresh professionals.Service level is ok...can be improved. Pantry is ok ... hygiene and service can be improved. Security needs to be trained for courtesy. Cleaning boy Nishit is very hard working. He services selflessly. Orthopedic surgeon Dr Wankhade is very experienced, intelligent,smart n light handed surgeon. He has lots of patience and explains everything in detail with ease. Overall was a good experience.😊 Waited for looooong for post surgery checkup visit in spite of confirming the visit in advance. Unprofessional and sad ☹️
I visited Arihant Hospital for a blood test, and my experience was really good. Miss Priyanka and Miss Akansha were extremely polite, professional, and supportive. They handled the procedure very smoothly and made me feel comfortable throughout. The blood sample was taken with proper care and hygiene, and everything was well-managed.
I usually don't write the reviews. But this time I would really like to share my experience. The doctor and staff including RMOs, nursing and cleaning staff are all good. But the most important concern is about the management. Would like to highlight some important points. 1. The beds are not comfortable on the floor, while asked to change it, they asked for the extra charges. Why we need extra when we have already paid the bed charges even for the seperate room. 2. They should have one TPA at least in one shift in weekend so that patient don't need to pay for for extra day. 3. Staff is very hard working, but the management just caring about the cost cutting. 4. Food quality could be increased. Evening snaks are not provided and liquids are of very poor quality.
