My dad has been receiving treatment at this hospital for the past 10 years, and in all that time, we’ve never faced any difficulties. The doctors, nurses, and staff here truly care — they treat patients with compassion and professionalism, and that makes a huge difference. The insurance team has also been incredible. They’ve always been supportive and handled everything smoothly, so we never had to worry about claims or paperwork. If you have insurance, you can trust that their team will take care of it all without any hassle. We are extremely satisfied with the treatment and care provided for WPW syndrome. The EP study and ERF (radiofrequency ablation) were explained clearly and performed smoothly by Dr. Ashish Nabar. After the procedure, Dr. Fulwani provided very good care and attention during recovery. My brother is now completely fine. We are truly thankful to the doctors and the entire medical team.

My brother suffered from a heart attack & was treated at this hospital. We had both good and difficult moments during our time at the hospital, but we want to share this feedback with gratitude and encouragement. A few basic improvements would greatly help patients and families — such as easier access to sanitizers, availability of tissues, and basic Wi-Fi services for attendants. We are especially thankful to Dr. Pankaj, Dr. Payal and the most humble Dr. Fulwani (Sir) for their exceptional medical care and, more importantly, their human touch. They treated patients with warmth and reassurance. As non-locals in Nagpur, we felt truly blessed to find doctors like them — they played a vital role in saving my brother’s life, and we will always remain grateful. Thank you ! Special thanks to Vinay from the 4th floor team for patiently listening and guiding us through the hospital procedures. The two female security staff members at the Entrance Lobby were also extremely kind and supportive, even though I could not recall their names at the moment. Also, with due respect i would like to formally highlight a concern regarding the on-duty ICU doctor on the night shift of 1st February (around 10:30 PM). His communication and behavior toward a female family member felt discourteous and disrespected including inappropriate hand gestures and tone. We share this not to complain, but with the intention that future families have a more reassuring and respectful experience at your hospital. In such sensitive situations, respectful and empathetic communication is extremely important !! Thank you to the entire team for your support, kindness, dedication & humanity.
