Excellent Experience at Aryan Hospital, Gurgaon I recently had an exceptional experience at Aryan Hospital, Gurgaon, under the care of Dr. Gayatri Aryan and Dr. Surbhi Aryan, supported by the incredibly efficient team led by Mr. Sora Singh. Months ago, it was Sora Singh ji who guided me to consult Dr. Gayatri, and I am truly grateful for that advice—it completely changed my perception of the hospital. From start to finish, the journey was smooth, positive, and reassuring. My heartfelt thanks to the nursing staff, GDA team, and the reception team for their warm and helpful support throughout. A few rockstars I must mention: Manju (GDA) Jitendra, Raveena, Neha Sangeeta (GDA) And one more GDA staff member whose name I unfortunately missed at the time of discharge was very helpful. Aryan Hospital is truly pocket‑friendly yet delivers world‑class care—a rare combination to find at such reasonable pricing. A special mention for Dr. Gayatri Aryan, who interacts with patients with a constant smile, patience, and positivity—something extremely important, especially for Gynae patients. She was always available, even on WhatsApp, to review reports and answer queries. The most memorable part of my experience was her unmatched commitment. My case was tough, and the patient was non‑cooperative, but Dr. Gayatri stood by us for 15 long hours to ensure a normal delivery. Her resilience, dedication, and “patients‑first” approach are truly commendable. In the end, she made the NORMAL DELIVERY happen, and that speaks volumes about her expertise and determination. I strongly recommend Dr. Gayatri Aryan to everyone. And once again, heartfelt thanks to Sora Singh ji for the kindness, guidance, and wonderful gesture.
The hospital has a great hospitality and doctors are so nice. Specifically doctor Vishal Aryan. He treated me and my family multiple times and every time it was a great experience.
Dr Vikram and his team were brilliant in their profession. I was so much scared about the open surgery of Fistula, but the process was seamless and he briefed me every single possibility of pain and treatment. It was nice experience. Thank you Dr Vikram and Team.
The consultation with Dr. Vishal was quite good and recommended too, but then came the ultrasound adventure. Billing was done around 12, after which I reported to the ultrasound counter, full of optimism. I waited patiently until 1:35 for my turn. At 1:40, the doctor stopped taking new ultrasound patients because lunch was at 2:00—and apparently, a mandatory 20-minute warm-up is required before eating. Lunch concluded at 3:00, and the patients in the waiting area dared to hope that their turn might finally arrive. Unfortunately, the story had another plot twist: the doctor needed a 15-minute post-lunch walk before resuming work. Meanwhile, patients who hadn’t eaten breakfast or lunch (because ultrasound instructions say so) and were bravely holding in a painfully full bladder began to panic. The doctor, however, remained impressively calm, assuring everyone that “it takes time.” A few patients, including myself, considered canceling the billing and going elsewhere—but cancellation, of course, was not allowed. So, if you enjoy prolonged fasting, bladder endurance tests, and surprise breaks built into your medical care, you are most welcome here for an ultrasound!
The doctors are good; however, the ultrasound operator was extremely rude and unprofessional. She does not know how to talk to patients and behaved as if she owned the hospital. Such behavior is unacceptable in a healthcare environment
