The hospital has a great location and  with ample parking space. The doctors are experienced and caring especially the Gyne team led by Dr Rohini Kumari and Dr Manisha alongwith the support team of GNM Laxmi, Neha and Moni, providing excellent services. Child care team by Sapna, Pooja and Princy work great. Overall it's a great hospital with good emergency, OPD, and IPD services. With ample waiting areas and facilities like Canteen, clean washrooms and drinking water.

I have been taking physiotherapy sessions for my right hand pain, and I am very satisfied with the treatment. Dr. Vikash and Dr. Archana are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process. They carefully assessed my condition and explained the treatment plan in detail. The exercises and therapy techniques have significantly reduced my pain and improved my hand movement. They are patient, attentive, and always ensure that I am comfortable during the sessions. I truly appreciate their dedication and highly recommend them to anyone looking for effective physiotherapy treatment.

Dr. Rohini Kumari ( gynaecologist ) appears primarily focused on financial gain rather than patient care. Patients are not treated on time, and the nursing staff seems understaffed and inadequately trained. Compassion and cooperation toward patients are lacking. She pressures patients to opt for a “painless delivery” injection costing ₹25,000, and if we refuse, she deprioritizes their care and pushes for a C-section to increase earnings. After delivery, she recommend (baby) unnecessary procedures such as phototherapy, even when bilirubin levels are low enough to be managed naturally through breastfeeding. Instead of offering proper medical guidance, she seems intent on filling vacant NICU machines for profit. We strongly advise against choosing this doctor for baby delivery. The belief that she supports normal delivery is misleading, and her practices raise serious concerns about patient welfare. Her behavior reflects a lack of civic sense and an unkind, even cruel, approach to patient care.

I had a very reassuring experience at this gynecology hospital. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable, calm, and patient in explaining every detail. The nursing staff (sisters) are very caring, attentive, and supportive throughout the treatment. Their kindness and prompt response made me feel comfortable and safe. Highly recommended for anyone looking for genuine and compassionate maternity and gynecology care. And yes this is the reasons our whole family consults this hospital in pregnancy from last 20 years
