Long overdue review.I was so scared when I learnt I had to have a cataract operation.From my 1st meeting itself with Dr.Sean he reassured me and put me at ease.Right from the counselor Shweta (very kind young girl)who took me through the whole procedure over and over again patiently explaining repeatedly to the manager Helen who is so professional and meticulous in her job i felt better.To my good luck i met her by chance when I went for my check up prior to the surgery.On the day of the surgery i was very apprehensive and scared but thanks to Shweta and Helen they helped me keep calm constantly checking up on me. Of course the best part of my whole experience was Dr.Sean who is really a gift from God to help people on this planet with their eyes! To sum it up he is the Rolls Royce of cataract as my friend told me.Waiting to do my second eye thanks to this fantastic team. Thank you for your care, concern and kindness.🙏

I had LASIK surgery at ASG Eye Hospital for ₹85,000 — the worst decision of my life. The doctor, Dr. Oli, made a mistake that left me blind in my left eye and with poor vision in my right. I had to stop working and travel every two weeks for check-ups, suffering both physically and emotionally. They push LASIK on everyone like they’re selling samosas in the market, calling it “100% safe,” but that’s a lie. The clinic doesn’t even have the equipment for corrections — they sent me to Mumbai after damaging my eyesight. I spent six months almost blind in one eye. Since it was their mistake, they should have covered my travel and hotel expenses for the treatment in Mumbai and when I asked for ₹15,000, they refused. Such a big clinic — but no responsibility or compassion for their patients.
