This is one of the rare ocassions when one feels like volunteering to contribute a feedback. The cause of action being the sheer excellence of service which one experienced while at the Metripolis Panjim Lab. The staff Ms. Amisha Gawas personifies two very essential virtues, which perhaps embody the definitive parameters of excellence in a Pathology Lab/ Profession; one being the virtue of patience and the other being the skill / art of taking blood samples with near zero discomfort. In this regard My feedback also stands rationalised, vetted and averagised because this was the opinion of my father ( an octogenarian ) as well as mine made my wife ( where we both are in 40’s ). This perhaps stands as passing of three litmus tests ; as a validation of not one but three individuals. In general public interest, I would be glad to suggest that anybody who looks forward to a considerate pathology sample giving experience must visit the Metropolis Panjim Lab and experience a near pain less blood sample giving experience at the hands of Ms. Amisha Gawas. Thank you Metropolis.

This is a collection centre. Most of the samples go to Mumbai for testing and due to this there are major delays. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Avoid this lab at any costs. All the positive reviews are paid ones. We got our tests done and they had a major delay. Plus the staff does not attend to calls and whenever they do they hang up on face while talking if they do not have any answer. I spoke to a couple of my friends about this lab and they had bad experience too, I wish I had asked for their advise earlier. Do not go here

Excellent customer service provided by Amisha Gawas she was courteous polite and very pleasant.

Worst experience please do not do any kind of check up here if you want a timely report. The reports were promised at 4:30 pm on the same day and now the team is not ready to pick calls, once we called the customer care they are asking us to wait till the next day! Would recommend anything else around Panjim but this is totally unprofessional.

Very professional staff, especially the lady at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She truly made the experience smooth and comfortable. I would recommend this place to others solely because of her, and I’ll definitely come back here for any future blood tests
