Before operation they behaved nice with us just the day they done operation they totally changed. They denied to discharge patient after operation due to final settlement from HIS team. However, we were not informed before in regards of this situation.

This hospital is excellent for eye-related treatments. The staff are well behaved and helpful, and the facility is well-maintained with modern equipment. The doctors are highly experienced.

I cann't thank (Dr. Manas Nath) enough for the incredible care I received during my (Lasik)surgery, Sir is very kind and took the time to answer every nervous question with kindness. I can't thank him enough for his dedication and heart..I have visited many of Eye specialist but Manas sir is literally Gem .... Secondly I wanna thanks to Madhurima ma'am who did councelling, thank you ma'am for providing a safe space to process everything during such a difficult time. Your support meant alot. My vision has improved significantly and I am very satisfied with the results...

After visiting your eye hospital on several occasions, I would like to share a few of my views with you. I request you to kindly note that this is not a complaint, but only my personal observations and suggestions, shared in a positive spirit. First of all, I sincerely appreciate the high standard of arrangements and overall management in and around the hospital premises. The system is well organized, clean, and has left me highly satisfied. Secondly, I would like to commend the behavior and professionalism of your staff and physicians. They are polite, patient-friendly, well-mannered, and appear to be properly trained and equipped. Their attitude makes patients feel comfortable and well cared for. However, there are a few areas where some improvement may be considered. One concern is the absence of a proper canteen facility. A small sales counter does not seem sufficient to cater to the large number of patients and attendants visiting the hospital daily. A proper canteen with adequate seating arrangements would greatly benefit patients, especially elderly people and those who have to wait for long hours. Another issue is hygiene control. Despite all precautionary measures, even the presence of a single fly can adversely affect the overall environment. Unfortunately, I personally experienced such an uncomfortable situation during my last visit today. I request you to kindly look into this matter. Lastly, I would humbly suggest making efforts to reduce the waiting time for patients, or to manage patient flow in such a way that detention time is kept to the minimum possible level. I hope you will kindly consider these points in the constructive manner in which they are presented. Once again, I thank you for your otherwise excellent services and arrangements.
