This review is for Management for Constant excuses and zero consistency..... ​I never thought booking a simple doctor’s appointment would be this difficult. The customer service is honestly pathetic. Every time I call, I get a different story. One person tells me I have to call back tomorrow, but when I do, I’m just told to call again the next day. ​Then, another operator tells me I should have booked two weeks ago, while a third says I can only do "same-day" bookings in the morning. It’s impossible to get a straight answer. They are wasting time with false information and zero coordination. Management is too busy chasing process and has completely forgotten how to build trust.

Good experience overall. The hospital was clean. The doctor explained the treatment clearly. Wait time was reasonable. Would recommend for basic eye care.

Staff is not well trained to welcome you so giving it 4 stars. But doctors treat you well which is the main purpose on visiting this place which is the main point of discussion. So 4 stars for that. I went there for my eye checkup and was very satisfied with the course of treatment i received. For the money I paid I got a good service though I would prefer if the staff at the reception was well trained to be more welcoming.

Very helpful staff and good doctors. Neat and clean. You will get pharmacy over there only and the spectacular shop also available inside the premises.

ASG eye hospital siliguri located at Pranami rd is best for all the services.Mostly office staff are doing good job also best wishes for all ASG hospital.Thanks
