The treatment provided was very effective, and we are satisfied with the overall medical care. The nursing and support staff were kind, helpful, and attentive throughout the stay. However, there was an issue with the doctor’s timing, as there were delays during visits. Additionally, the behavior of the railway department staff was not satisfactory and needs improvement. Overall, the medical care was good, but better coordination and staff behavior would make the experience much better.
