Exceptional doctor and very good Medical Care with Scope for Operational Improvement. I am writing this review after several visits, during which I have closely observed the hospital's daily operations. Overall, the hospital provides good care and successfully manages a high volume of walk-in patients daily. Medical Expertise & Hygiene The highlight of our experience has been Dr. Saurabh Mistry. He is an excellent surgeon; my father underwent both left and right eye surgeries under his care with great results. Regarding the facility, hospital maintenance and cleanliness are manageable and sufficient for the patient load. Suggestions for Management While the clinical outcome was positive, there are several operational areas where the management could improve the experience for both patients and staff: 1. Staff Wellbeing & Workflow: The staff is generally good and polite, and shows care for each patient but some of them appear visibly overwhelmed and frustrated by the sheer volume of work patients and their queries. My Suggestion: Reallocate work with more dedicated responsibilities for each to avoid burnout. Introducing wellness or meditation sessions could also help them manage the high-stress environment. Currently, I often feel hesitant to approach some of them, fearing a reactive response due to their heavy workload or frustrated mood. However, their response to patients is always calm. 2. Patient Queue Transparency: The current system for seeing the doctor is quite disorganized. There is no tracking meter or visible numbering system. Patients are often left in the dark about where their file is or when their turn will come. My Observation: Currently, those who gets impatient, "shout" or "poke" the staff repeatedly or request the staff often get seen earlier, while those waiting quietly are left to luck. I think barring emergencies, a digital token system would provide much-needed transparency and reduce patient anxiety. 3. OT vs. OPD Coordination: It would be very helpful if the hospital could clearly communicate when a doctor is called away for surgery. If a doctor will be in the OT for two-three hours, reflecting this on a display board, or fixing a time slot/ day, would allow walk-in patients to manage their time accordingly rather than waiting indefinitely. Even, an estimated time would also help. I am sure the management knows the various better ways to do this. Overall experience: I am thankful to the doctors and the staff for their kind services. The medical care is reliable, and I would recommend the hospital and doctor both. I hope the management takes these suggestions into account to create a more seamless experience. One more thing for patients. Please don't try to call the staff over the phone, they never answer your call. I have tried for two days just to reschedule the surgery date on the given numbers but nobody answered the call. Rather visit the hospital and get an appointment, you will get it easily. They largely entertain walkins. They are good at it.

Outstanding Cataract Surgery Experience at ASG Hospital I am extremely grateful to ASG Hospital and especially Dr. Saurabh Mistry for providing such exceptional care during my cataract surgery experience. From the very first consultation to post-surgery follow-ups, everything was handled with professionalism, transparency, and kindness. Dr. Saurabh Mistry is highly skilled, calm, and explains every step clearly, which gives great confidence to the patient and family. The cataract surgery was smooth, painless, and the results were excellent — vision improvement was noticeable very quickly. The hospital staff deserves special appreciation as well. They are polite, supportive, and well-trained. The hospital is clean, well-maintained, and uses modern equipment. No unnecessary procedures or confusion — everything was honest and well-organized. Overall, ASG Hospital and Dr. Saurabh Mistry truly stand out for their expertise, ethics, and patient-first approach. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for safe, reliable, and high-quality cataract treatment. One of the best experiences possible!

I had a very disappointing experience at ASG Eye Hospital. I booked an online appointment in advance, but it was not considered at all, which felt extremely unprofessional. There seems to be no point in taking a phone or online appointment, as they do not follow the scheduled time and make patients wait for hours. I ended up wasting almost 6 hours of my day. I had specifically taken an appointment with Dr. Atul, but without informing me properly, they shifted me to Dr. Saheed. After waiting for a long time again, I was finally sent to Dr. Nitin. The entire process was poorly managed, with no coordination or respect for the patient’s time. Very disappointing service.
