Respected Dr. Rajesh Pratap Singh Bhadauriya Sir, I would like to share brief feedback regarding my visit to Lotus Hospital. While the reception staff was cooperative, my experience with the HR/TPA department was disappointing. Despite clearly informing them that I had limited emergency medical leave and required urgent approval for gallbladder surgery, I received unclear responses like “pata nahi” regarding approval amount and timeline. I was also advised to “look elsewhere” due to time constraints, which was discouraging. In contrast, at a nearby hospital, Niva Bupa approval was completed within 20 minutes, and my surgery is now scheduled. I respectfully request you to please review the training and communication approach of the HR/TPA staff, as empathetic and clear communication is crucial for patients under stress.

Honest Feedback (Patient Experience) I rarely write reviews, but this visit left me so angry and disappointed that I have to speak up. We had to wait over 6 hours just to see the doctor for barely 2 minutes, only to be met with shouting and complete lack of empathy. The way he spoke to my father was downright unacceptable — harsh, rude, and absolutely insensitive. To make things worse, the staff was equally rude and unhelpful, and the bathroom was filthy and smelly. For a medical facility, that’s beyond unprofessional. I genuinely don’t understand how this place has positive reviews — it’s hard to believe they’re real. For context: my father simply asked, “Is the pharmacy open?” (around 2 in the night.), and the doctor yelled at him for no reason. That’s not how you treat patients, especially elders. There are many kind, capable doctors who treat people with respect and compassion. I strongly suggest finding one of them — this experience was demeaning and disappointing.

I have never seen such a rude doctor in my life. I took my dad there and he have 0 talking sense to elders. Never visiting this hospital ever. I have heard multiple cases of people dying here and i really don't recommend you to visit. There are many good urologist in the city who knows how to handle a patient.

Horrible hospital they have no expertise and merely feel patients are money making machines. Even if they are unable to diagnose the patient they will admit the patient just for the sake of it.

My uncle died because of there surgery. He was totally fine until he went to this hospital for removal of Gaul bladder stones. Can you believe such a common surgery and they messed it up. My uncle died after 21 days of surgery in excruciating pain and weakness. These guys charged a hefty amount of over 2 lacs ( which generally is around 50k - 1 lac) and my uncle passed away. Please don't go to this hospital and never trust these guys. Take a second opinion before doing any major surgery suggested by the doctors of this hospital
