Hospital – 5 Stars 👍👍 However, the PHARMACY service deserves zero rating. Even after 5 PM, when there are hardly any customers, it still takes 20–30 minutes to receive basic medicines. This delay is extremely frustrating, especially in urgent situations. The reputation of Mahurkar Sir, which has been built through years of hard work and trust, is unfortunately being affected by the behavior of the pharmacy staff. Recently, when I informed the staff that my patient was in the ICU and the medicines were urgently required, I was still made to wait 15–20 minutes. Many visitors feel uncomfortable even asking basic questions because of the way some staff members respond. It sometimes feels as if they are doing us a favor by giving medicines, rather than providing a service. Today also, barely 2 customers were there. (Attached image shows that) still took me 30 mins! There are guidelines displayed on the wall regarding how staff should behave with customers, but unfortunately these do not seem to be followed. People trust Avanti Hospital and Mahurkar Sir without a second thought. I sincerely request the management to please look into this matter and take necessary action regarding the pharmacy staff behavior and service delays.

I recently underwent surgery with Dr.virag mahurkar sir, and I am so grateful for the expertise I received. The preoperative care, the surgical team, and the post-op nursing team were all top-notch. They treated me with dignity and care, often going above and beyond. The hospital facilities were clean and hygienic.
