Being polite, listening to patients, answering to their queries are equally important. That’s where I found Dr Raunak scoring 10 on 10. I got my cyst removed 2 days ago. Everything went smooth and hopefully, I will recover soon. Private Healthcare is a money minting affair today. Though It’s fine to earn money, but patients deserve to be valued and taken care of for every single penny they spend. Great experience 😋 I’ll recommend him anyday!
Highly unethical hospital. My uncle was admitted for 5 days and they did absolutely nothing except increase the bill daily. They scared us by exaggerating the illness, provided no medicine invoices, and finally gave us a huge bill of ₹1.5 lakh. Staff behavior was very unprofessional and insensitive.
Unprofessional and unethical hospital. My uncle was admitted here and they only focused on increasing the bill, not treatment. Diseases were exaggerated, medicines were given without bills, and the staff showed no respect or empathy. ₹1.5 lakh charged for nothing.
The behavior of the doctor in the hospital is not right. The patient is suffering in the emergency. The doctor says that first get the file prepared and when the file is ready, then we will start the treatment. Till then the patient should continue to suffer?
