My mom was recently admitted to Renova Century Hospital and spent time in the ICCU (Coronary Care), and I can confidently say that her experience was outstanding in every possible way. We are deeply grateful to the entire medical team for their exceptional care, professionalism, and compassion throughout her stay. Our sincere thanks to Dr. Sastri, Dr. Anjani, Dr. Dinesh, Dr. Vamshi Krishna, Dr. Sushma and Dr. Preeti, whose expertise, calm approach, and clear communication gave our family immense confidence and reassurance during a critical time. Each doctor took the time to explain her condition and treatment, patiently answered all our questions, and ensured she felt safe and well cared for. A special mention to the incredible nursing team Ashwini, Manisha, Bhavani, Arif, Baswa, Hina, and Vani. Their dedication, attentiveness, and kindness truly made a difference. From timely care to constant monitoring and emotional support, they went above and beyond to ensure my mom’s comfort and recovery. One moment that we will always cherish is when the ICCU team surprised her by celebrating her birthday with a cake. That thoughtful gesture, especially while she was in critical care, meant more to our family than words can express and truly reflects the humanity and warmth of the entire staff. We wholeheartedly thank the Renova Century ICCU team for their excellent care and compassion and highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking top-quality medical treatment combined with genuinely empathetic care.

We had our family member treated at this hospital for cancer therapy (radiation and chemotherapy). Overall, our experience was positive and satisfactory. The doctors were knowledgeable and confident. They explained the treatment plan clearly and guided us at every stage. We felt the treatment protocol was systematic and carefully monitored. The medical team responded properly whenever we reported side effects. The nursing staff deserve special appreciation. They were patient, supportive and handled the patient gently, especially during weak days after chemotherapy. They checked vitals regularly and helped us understand medicines and precautions. Hospital cleanliness and maintenance were good. Wards and treatment areas were hygienic and well managed. Waiting time was sometimes there, but understandable considering the number of patients. Food provided to the patient was simple and suitable for a cancer patient. Soft diet and hygienic preparation helped during recovery, and outside food was also allowed when necessary. Overall, we are thankful to the doctors, nurses and supporting staff for their care and support during a difficult time. We would recommend this hospital to other patients who need proper and reliable cancer treatment.

We are extremely happy and grateful for the treatment we received here. Despite the chaos and anxiety surrounding a valve replacement surgery, this hospital gave us immense confidence and reassurance throughout the entire process. We would especially like to thank Cardiac Surgeon Dr. Sameer, under the guidance of Dr. Rajshekhar sir, for their expertise, dedication, and constant support during our treatment journey. Their professionalism and care truly made a difference. The valuable inputs and guidance from Dr. Haseena and Dr. Sunitha made everything much easier for us and helped us feel well-informed and comfortable at every step. We are also thankful to the dietician and physiotherapist for their dedicated efforts in ensuring a smooth and peaceful recovery. They explained things clearly and treated us with patience and respect. The ward brother was also very helpful, supportive, and hardworking. He assisted in shifting the patient carefully and maintained cleanliness properly. Because of their good service and caring attitude, we felt safe and comfortable during treatment. We truly appreciate their dedication and thank the hospital management for having such good staff.
