My experience at this hospital was completely disappointing. There was a serious lack of communication and coordination among the staff. No one provided clear information about the doctor’s schedule or the correct counter to approach. We were repeatedly redirected without receiving proper assistance. The overall management appears unorganized and inefficient, which creates unnecessary stress for patients and their families. A hospital should offer clarity and support, but unfortunately, that was missing here. Significant improvements in administration and staff coordination are urgently needed.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. There was no proper coordination among the staff. We were not informed about the doctor’s availability, and no one could clearly guide us about which counter to approach. Every staff member gave different instructions, which caused unnecessary confusion and delay. Patients and attendants are already under stress, and such disorganized management only makes things worse. Communication needs serious improvement. I would not recommend this hospital unless they improve their system and staff coordination.

My father got treatment for seizures under Dr Saloni Mittal ma'am in this hospital and he markedly improved. I am highly grateful to maam and this hospital. She is extremely kind, knowledgeable and calm. God bless Dr Saloni, Dr Nassa, entire ICU staff, and Bhagvan Das Hospital for treating my father to the best level.

🌿 A Heartfelt Thank You to Bhagwan Das Hospital 🌿 A few days ago, my 15-year-old daughter Anshika was admitted with a dangerously high fever of 105.4°F and a platelet count of just 52,000. Later, she was also diagnosed with typhoid. Our whole family was shattered, terrified, and praying for her recovery. In those toughest moments, the team at Bhagwan Das Hospital became our strength. 🙏 A special thank you to Dr. Tarun Kumar for his expert care and constant reassurance, to the nursing staff, dietician, and support team for their tireless compassion, and to Dr. Shekhar, the Director of the hospital, whose personal visit and concern truly touched our hearts. 💖 Today, Anshika is recovering beautifully — and we are forever grateful. You didn’t just treat a patient; you healed a family’s fears with love, care, and humanity. 🌸 With deep gratitude, Dr. Monika Pahal Ahlawat Founder & Director Fit N Shine Wellness Pvt. Ltd.

This is the worst hospital I have ever encountered. My mother has been admitted for the past four days, yet no improvement has been observed in her condition; it remains exactly the same. The staff appear to be more focused on financial gain than on patient care, which is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
