This is the worst hospital I have ever encountered. My mother has been admitted for the past four days, yet no improvement has been observed in her condition; it remains exactly the same. The staff appear to be more focused on financial gain than on patient care, which is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. There was no proper coordination among the staff. We were not informed about the doctor’s availability, and no one could clearly guide us about which counter to approach. Every staff member gave different instructions, which caused unnecessary confusion and delay. Patients and attendants are already under stress, and such disorganized management only makes things worse. Communication needs serious improvement. I would not recommend this hospital unless they improve their system and staff coordination.
