My experience at FIMS Hospital, Sonipat was completely unacceptable and reflects gross mismanagement and negligence. The hospital failed to meet even the minimum standards expected from a healthcare institution. I would like to clearly state that the doctors and staff at FIMS Hospital, Sonipat are polite, cooperative, and professional. Their behaviour and medical support were appreciable. However, the hospital’s infrastructure and equipment are far below the level required for proper patient care. The patient room had continuous tap leakage, showing poor maintenance. The air conditioner was producing loud noise like a generator, making it difficult for the patient to rest. The toilet flush system was not working properly, which is a serious hygiene issue in a hospital. Despite being an admitted patient, we had to wait nearly one and a half hours for an endoscopy procedure. This clearly indicates inadequate facilities and poor operational planning. For a hospital handling serious patients, such delays and lack of proper machinery are unacceptable. While the medical staff is doing their best, the hospital management has failed to provide adequate infrastructure and modern equipment according to patient needs. This gap between medical expertise and facilities seriously affects patient comfort and safety. The hospital authorities must take immediate action to upgrade infrastructure and machinery to meet basic healthcare standards.

I was admitted on the 3rd floor for hernia surgery under Dr. Mayank Jain. The surgery and treatment were handled very well. The nursing staff was cooperative throughout the stay. We had a few initial concerns, which were promptly resolved by the floor manager, Ankit ji. Overall, a good experience. Thankful to FIMS Hospital for the care and support.
