I came to the Emergency Department with breathing difficulty. I am feeling much better now. The emergency staff took very good care of me and provided excellent support. Dr. Ilayaraja's service was excellent, and I am very grateful for his care and guidance. The Day Care staff were also very kind, supportive, and professional. The nursing staff and support team were caring, attentive, and always ready to help. On last Saturday (27th June 2026), I took my wife to OP consultation in Billroth Hospital to consult Dr. Kumaragurubaran due to severe abdomen pain with vomiting & tired. Based on his diagonis, he advised us to take trip medication in the Emergency ward followed by a blood test & CT scan IV contrast. As per CT scan, she was diagnosed as Actue appendicitis for which Doctor advised us that it needs a laparascopic surgery to remove the appendix & hence admitted in the hospital at room # 3011. Surgery was done on the next day (Sunday -- 28th June 2026) with proper care & preparation before proceeding for the surgery. The treatment, staff nurse co-operation, care taking, regular doctor visits, house keeping service, patient care taker & other services were really remarkable & outstanding on Pre & Post surgery. Undergone this surgery thru Mediclaim insurance for which the hospital insurance desk done a smooth & super supportive co-operation & get my claim in an expedite manner. We were discharged after 3 days & advised us for a review check up by this week. We cordially appreciate the real care taking in all the departments of this hospital which makes us to feel safe & relax eventhough we were in the hospital for the treatment of our loved ones. Thank you again for the entire team in the hospital & very special thanks to Dr. Kumaragurubaran & his team for the diagnosis of her actual problem & a prompt solution for the same.🙏🙏🙏🙏👌👌👌🙏🙏🙏🙏

Thank You to Billroth Hospital I came to Billroth Hospital with severe pain. There were other patients waiting before me, but Uma Sister informed the doctor about my condition and arranged for me to be seen as an emergency case. Dr. Kumar Sir initially advised blood tests and an MRI scan. After identifying the problem, he recommended an incision and drainage procedure. The operation was successful, and I am recovering well. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Kumar Sir and the entire team. The nurses, housekeeping staff, and all hospital employees took excellent care of me throughout my stay. Their kindness, support, and professionalism made me feel comfortable and safe. We were also able to avail of EMI facilities through Bajaj Insurance, which was very helpful. Billroth hospital is one of the Best Hospital Particularly taking care of Patients. Dr. Kumaragurubaran sir is one of the verybest Doctor and very good care for patient. Very good friendly approach with patient. Special thanks to floor sister Devika,Nithya and Ramiya❤️. Sisters are really cute excellent in taking care of Patients. Room Service was also good.
