Her positive interaction with our daughter and consistent guidance have been truly reassuring and motivating for us as parents. She was always available to clarify our doubts and ensured the entire process—from surgery to follow-ups—was smooth and well-coordinated. She was very supportive, What she is doing is beyond her job. Overall, the care, professionalism, and empathy shown by the entire KKR Hospital team made a challenging journey much easier for our family.

We had a very good experience at KKR ENT Hospital during my father’s ear surgery. The doctors were knowledgeable, calm, and explained the procedure clearly, which gave us a lot of confidence. The hospital rooms and operation areas were well maintained and hygienic, which is very reassuring, especially for surgery-related treatment. The nursing staff and support staff were polite, responsive, and took good care of my father throughout his stay. Overall, the treatment, cleanliness, and professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

We had consulted multiple doctors earlier, but the pain did not improve. The doctors and staff were patient, supportive, and attentive throughout. Even though the case was complicated, it was managed calmly and confidently, which gave us a lot of reassurance during a stressful time. Please don't step in this hospital Reason : This hospital is nothing but money-oriented and lacks basic ethics. I visited today for my relative's treatment after being referred by Chinnammal ENT Hospital for a surgery. The initial consultation with the lady doctor was decent, which briefly gave us hope—but that completely vanished after meeting Dr. Ravi. Dr. Ravi was extremely rude, arrogant, and showed zero respect toward patients. He openly made it clear that treatment and respect depend entirely on how much money you pay. He even stated that people who have paid around ₹2 lakhs are waiting, indirectly telling us that if we are not paying that much, we should expect poor treatment and attitude and “adjust” accordingly. This kind of behavior during a simple consultation itself shows how inhumane and money-minded this doctor is. If this is how patients are spoken to before treatment, one can only imagine the quality of care provided afterward—especially to those who cannot afford to pay huge amounts. Dr. Ravi clearly lacks basic decency and compassion. This hospital seems to function like a business focused only on extracting money rather than caring for patients. Do not get fooled by advertisements or referrals. I strongly advise people to avoid this hospital if you value dignity, ethics, and genuine medical care.
