I recently underwent surgery at Bodyline Hospital in Ahmedabad with Dr. Jalpesh Majethia. I contacted a third-party company, Pristine Care. Medical consultations and insurance dealings were easy. I was connected with a coordinator, Saqib Ansari, to learn about my insurance and the surgery process. He assured me that the surgery would be cashless and suggested I pay out-of-pocket if the hospital didn't provide it at the time, and he would ensure I received reimbursement after the surgery. However, after the surgery, the hospital refused to provide a bill breakup, stating that they don't provide bill breakups, and ultimately only provided a payment receipt/bill, which insurance companies don't accept. This forced me to pay the entire cost of the surgery and post-operative care out of my own pocket, even though I had a good insurance provider and excellent coverage... In short, "Please do your own research and don't trust such companies and their so-called coordinators." I don't want to give even one star. But there is no option to give zero star Worst service. Saqib Ansari lied and got my loan sanctioned without informing me. He asked me to provide my PAN card and Aadhar card for the hospital process and I gave him the OTP thinking they were processing the hospital process. I came to know later when I got a call from the loan person saying that it was for verification of my loan. They lied and processed the operation. Then they are neither picking my calls nor replying to my messages. I have been blocked because he is a fraud..

One of the best doctor who explains the problem and solution in proper manner. For stone operation you can definitely come here. Even though the staff is good and helpful. One of the best service and doctor. All are very polite and quick all the time and helpful.

In Bodyline All the doctors and all staff is very humble .The doctors took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel confident and cared for throughout my treatment. The nursing team was kind, responsive, and truly supportive. The hospital was clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern facilities.

My circumcision surgery was performed by Dr. Jalpesh Majethiya, and it was successfully completed without any complications. The doctor was very professional and supportive throughout the process. The hospital facilities are good, and the staff is very caring and cooperative. I am fully satisfied with the overall treatment and service.
