367 on GoogleThey don't even deserve this single star This hospital is called Asia’s number one, but the ground reality is heartbreaking. My father was a terminal cancer patient, and what we faced here still haunts me. For one single report, patients are forced to run from one building to another, one room to the next. The process is painfully slow—cancer doesn’t wait, but the system here makes you wait for weeks and months. By the time reports even come, patients are already at stage 4. The wards are overcrowded, unhygienic, and inhuman. Patients in the ‘free treatment’ section are treated like they don’t deserve care. Doctors and staff were rude and insensitive—lab reports were handled by students who laughed and joked instead of taking it seriously. We had to watch my father suffer in endless queues for even basic things like BP check-ups. And in the end, the hospital simply told us to ‘take him home on your responsibility’. Just like many others, we too lost him. No patient deserves this kind of neglect. A hospital should save lives, not break families
