I recently visited Bombay Hospital and while the doctor consultation was fine and I have no complaints regarding the medical treatment, my experience with the housekeeping staff was very disappointing. The floor cleaning staff behaved in a very arrogant manner. The lady responsible for cleaning actually yelled at us, which was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. On top of that, we had to wait nearly 20 minutes just to use the washroom area, even though there was no proper explanation for the delay. A hospital should maintain not only high medical standards but also basic courtesy and hospitality. The management should seriously consider training their housekeeping staff to behave respectfully with patients and visitors. This kind of behavior negatively affects the overall experience.
I recently visited the OPD at Bombay Hospital for a gastro consultation, and I had a very good experience. The overall process was smooth and well-managed. I would especially like to thank Ms. Shaila Lopes for her kindness and support. She was very polite, patient, and helpful throughout my visit. She guided me properly and made sure I was comfortable, which truly made a positive difference.
Dr.Krupa with the team of her nurses are god gifted and have superior quality of handling any kind of patient the thought board placed on 13th floor by the management at kidney transplant department mention important of patient and the whole team under the doctor are live example of that care taking the stay at 4th floor on bed no488 of general ward due to the Dr and her nursing team one would never feel like a comman patient and this thing is not only experienced by us but by other patient’s too. Dr and her team are genuinely very hard working, care taking, serious at their job and duty they are the one for well been of our patienti can definitely say until ppl like them are in service with this hospital will always make this hospital pride .Much more to say but short of words
The doctors and staff were extremely good, caring, and professional. They provided proper treatment and explained everything clearly. The staff was always available whenever needed and responded promptly. The nursing care was excellent and very supportive. The food served was good and hygienic, and the hospital rooms were clean, tidy, and well maintained. Overall, it was a very comfortable and reassuring experience.
The most casual casualty! My brother hurt his knee while walking on the road. We were right outside Bombay hospital. Rushed in to the casualty ward. After the doctor looked at us casually, we were told to get an x ray done. Nobody was there at the radiology department. After waiting for 30 mins we decided against the x ray and asked for the orthopedic to suggest any precautions and medication. We were told that the orthopedic has done his job and will not be available for another 30 mins. We gave up and decided to seek help from our GP. The CMO is rude and not very helpful. Seek help from here only if you have hours at hand and are not in an emergency.
