I recently underwent treatment and surgery at this hospital, and I would like to sincerely appreciate the overall experience and care provided throughout my stay. The hospital maintained excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and made the recovery period much easier. The washroom facilities were neat and clean at all times, which is extremely important for post-surgical patients. The doctors were highly professional, attentive, and punctual with their rounds. They explained the treatment process clearly and ensured that all concerns were addressed, which gave great confidence and reassurance during recovery. A special mention goes to the nursing staff, who were exceptionally helpful and supportive. Medications were provided on time without delay, and the staff regularly checked on patient comfort and needs with genuine care and kindness. The hospital’s food service was also very good — meals were served on time, were hygienic, and suitable for recovery after surgery. Overall, I had a very positive experience. The combination of skilled doctors, caring nursing staff, cleanliness, timely services, and good hospitality made my treatment and recovery smooth and comfortable. I would recommend this hospital to anyone looking for quality medical care and compassionate service.

It has been an amazing experience getting my procedures done at this hospital. My surgeon Dr Shraddha is an artist, she made suggestions to what I wanted done and presented a version of me post surgery was something I will always value. The post surgery was above and beyond. I was very pampered and taken care of. I was also an enigma as I was international patient and yet could speak the local lingo! Originally from the subcontinent, lived in Delhi for 10-12 years doesn’t help. The nursing staff were intrigued with my multiple tattoos and piercings and they were very professional and friendly in taking of me. I want to mention few people who made my stay really enjoyable: Gilu and Jeni from from nursing looked after me like their aunt, there were couple others, unfortunately, I can’t remember their names; Reshma and Roksana from housekeeping looked after when I was at my lowest energy point. Giving me sponge baths to cleaning me up after I had a toilet mishap and changing my bedsheets the minute they saw any bodily discharge. We shared stories and bonded. We made connections; Finally Ankhit: a bright young man from hospitality who served my meals with a smile and “good morning” or “ good afternoon”. They all get 5+ stars awards from me!! A gentle feedback on the food- I was given the only option of international meal, had now way of knowing what exactly was in the meals. I would have appreciated seeing my options and then make choices. Food was excessively salty and due to my high bp and intolerance to capsicums, my meals were very restrictive. I ended up telling the dietitian that please give me steamed rice or noodles with stir fried vegetables and whatever ‘international menu’ was for the day, no mention of fresh fruits, however I did get the occasional cucumber, carrots and tomatoes. I still rate my stay as excellent despite the food situation.

Bed Number 1824 Smita Chandrakant Khadye. Feedback from Smita:- The admission process takes more time than expected and could be made faster. The nursing staff was attentive, caring, and always available when needed. The hospital premises were clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. The personal care staff was extremely attentive and ensured my comfort at all times. Especially Reshma Jadhav is very supportive and always ready to help. Rukhsana takes great care and ensures daily sponging is done properly. Both are caring, attentive, and make the patient feel comfortable. Meal staff Ankit Jadhav is very good, polite, and helpful. My family and I recently had the experience of being at Wockhardt Hospital for my mother’s spine surgery, and overall, we are very grateful for the care she received. The surgery was successful, and we truly appreciate the professionalism and expertise of the doctors and medical team. They handled the procedure with confidence and care, which gave us reassurance during a very stressful time. The nursing staff were kind, attentive, and always willing to assist whenever we needed help. The hospital environment was also impressive. The cleanliness was excellent throughout our stay, and the housekeeping team maintained high hygiene standards. The food provided was surprisingly good — well-prepared, tasty, and suitable for recovery, which made my mother’s stay more comfortable. One area that could be improved is communication. While the staff were supportive and hardworking, improving English proficiency among some team members would help avoid misunderstandings, especially for international patients. Clear communication is very important in medical situations. Overall, we are thankful to Wockhardt Hospital for the successful surgery and the dedicated care provided to my mother. With improved communication, the experience would be even better. We give thanks to the good Dr. Mazda and his team,Kari Imran and Prathamesh mandavkar in the kitchen department , Pushpa at housekeeping.
