Care and cure hospital provides outstanding healthcare with true professionalism and compassion. From admission to discharge, the entire process was smooth and well-coordinated. The doctors are highly knowledgeable and take time to explain everything clearly. The nursing, food, and housekeeping staff were extremely supportive, ensuring patients feel comfortable and well cared for at all times. We was very happy with our stay, Thank you to the entire hospital team for the excellent service

We had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. The receptionist staff were extremely careless and the rest of the staff were equally unprofessional.It feels like they are only after money, without any real concern for patients’ well-being. The hygiene in the rooms is very poor and far below the expected standard for a hospital. Honestly, it’s better to go to another hospital rather than pay such a high amount for such poor service at Care and Cure.

My mother SMT KIRAN CHOPRA underwent bilateral knee replacement at CARE AND CURE MEDICITY HOSPITAL MALL ROAD BATAALA ROAD, Amritsar on 21/5/25 to 26/5/25 under Dr. GURIQBAL CHHINA and DR NIKHIL MONGA SIR.The experience was smooth, and the surgery went well. All Doctors including MEDICAL OFFICERS are often praised for their compassionate and professional care.All nursing staff was very supportive, with a special thanks to sister Raj ,love,Rajwant ,Rakesh for her care. Physiotherapist(Dr chandandeep kaur)is very humble and her support was decent, and recovery has started well. All hsp helpers sweeper showed concern and visited frequently for any help. The "Care & cure" hospital at mall road near shivala bhagh bhaiya Amritsar service has been extremely disappointing. They are demanding additional payment before discharging the patient, which is highly unprofessional and unethical. Such practices cause unnecessary stress for the patient and their family.

They should rename their hospital to "No Care and No Cure" hospital. Their only motto is to get money from the patients who are already insured and provide no proper service. They took almost 10 days to diagnose the problem. In other hospitals, in first fews days all the health tests are conducted but they took 10 days. After 10 days the limit of our patient's insurance was exhausted and they immediately discharged the patient without asking whether we want to continue the treatment or not. After the patient's discharge we asked them for re-admission and after that the service they are providing is pathetic. You have to rely on 1 or 2 nurses and if all of a sudden any other patient came to emergency they all get involved in the new case and forget about the existing patient. So "No care and no cure" is the suitable hospital name for their service.
