My consultation with Dr. Bhageerath Raj, Specialist – Gastroenterologist, stood out for all the right reasons. His approach was calm, attentive, and highly professional. What impressed me most was the patience with which he listened, the clarity of his explanations, and the genuine attention he gave to my concerns. In today’s fast-paced medical environment, such a thoughtful and composed consultation makes a big difference to patient confidence and comfort. I would also like to place on record my sincere appreciation for Ms. Gaddam Sri Harsha, who was managing registration, billing, and patient relationship activities. Her dedication, efficiency, and professionalism are commendable. Despite handling multiple tasks simultaneously, she ensured patients received proper attention, all with a pleasant smile and a reassuring demeanor. Her ability to manage pressure while remaining courteous reflects a strong patient-first mindset. Overall, my experience at CARE Hospitals, Nampally was smooth, well-coordinated, and positive. I would like to thanks care hospital Nampally for treating my mother for heart issues and spinal injuries. She was admitted for 5 days. I would especially like to thanks MOD Mr. Syed Afsar Ali for his unconditional support throughout the treatment. The way he was helping people and consoling many attenders and guiding us was a very very helpful. A big big thanks to Mr Syed Afsar for his overall help since admission till discharge. A selfless manager. Also i would like to thanks mr sadiq khan from radiology department for his kindness and help. Overall it was very good experience. Feedback for CARE Hospital, Nampally I am writing this feedback to express my heartfelt gratitude to CARE Hospital, Nampally, for providing outstanding care during my father’s CABG heart surgery. We were admitted on 14 November 2025, and the surgery was successfully performed on 17 November 2025 by Dr. Syed Nasheed Ali, Dr. Shraddha, and their dedicated team. After the surgery, my father stayed in the ICU for 3 days, and the care he received there was truly exceptional. The ICU staff looked after him with the tenderness and attention one would give to a newborn. Their professionalism, compassion, and dedication deeply touched us. I would like to personally thank the entire ICU team — Suji, Rajsivani, Nikhita, Sowjanya, Akhila, Shijo, Lavanya, Vetha, Aly, Belgin, Anaga, Sandya, Shein, Malikya, Josny, Adveena, Amertha, and all the other supporting staff like CTIW, Reception, Security, Cleaning. Each one of them played a crucial role in my father’s recovery. We were also amazed by their integrity and character. Despite our attempts to offer a small token of appreciation, the staff politely declined. Their humility and sincerity reflect the highest standards of patient care. I sincerely wish the CARE Hospital management and the entire medical team continued success and prosperity.
