I paid 2500rs + 500 Rs for a blood test and Health checkup, but the test was never conducted. On top of that, the medical staff behaved in a rude, unprofessional and unacceptable manner. This is a clear case of cheating and negligence. Despite taking full payment, there was no service provided, no explanation given, and no responsibility taken by the staff. I strongly advise everyone NOT to visit this hospital for any medical test or emergency. The staff is irresponsible, untrained, and completely lacks basic ethics. My experience here was extremely bad and disappointing. I request immediate attention to this matter. Otherwise, I will be forced to escalate this issue to higher authorities and share this experience publicly so others do not suffer the same way. Very bad experience. Strictly avoid this hospital. Choose any other hospital, but do not go here.
