Kanba Hospital

This review is based on my personal experience. I visited Dr. Karmesh Lakhani for a second opinion regarding my cervical spine problem. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the consultation. I had brought all my previous MRI reports and medical records, but they were not reviewed despite my request. I felt my concerns and medical history were not given enough attention before prescribing medicines. I also felt that the consultation was not very patient-friendly. It seemed difficult to ask questions or discuss my condition in detail, which made me feel uncomfortable. Considering the consultation fee, I expected a more thorough evaluation and explanation. Every patient’s experience can be different, but I hope more time is given to understanding patients’ reports and concerns before making treatment decisions.

Very disappointing experience. The hospital charges premium fees but fails to provide basic comfort to visitors. The AC in the reception and waiting area was not turned on, even though there were already 4–5 people waiting. The staff mentioned that they would only start the AC if more people arrived, which is unacceptable. Despite the hospital being mostly empty, they expect a crowd before providing basic amenities. This kind of cost-cutting at the expense of patient comfort is highly unprofessional. Would not recommend if you expect even basic hospitality standards.

My son was recently admitted to Kanba Hospital due to dengue fever, which had severely lowered his platelet count and energy levels. Upon our arrival, the hospital staff promptly admitted him, efficiently handling the admission process and coordinating seamlessly with our insurance company. I extend my sincere thanks to the reception staff for their smooth and professional management of these procedures. The nursing staff at Kanba Hospital provided exceptional care and support throughout my son's stay. I would like to particularly acknowledge Ms. Joynar and Ms. Kajal, as well as the other nurses whose names I do not know, for their dedication and attentiveness. The cleanliness and hygiene standards of the hospital were commendable, reflecting the diligence of their housekeeping team. I am especially grateful to Dr. Mahesh Rathod and Dr. Dhruti for their expert guidance and care in managing my son's treatment. Their professionalism and medical expertise played a significant role in his swift recovery. Thank you to everyone at Kanba Hospital for your outstanding work. Your dedication and excellence in patient care are truly appreciated.

Visited the Hospital for looking out the relative. Facilities were nice. Neat and clean Hospital. Staff were supportive. Patient room was Neat and clean. Facilities were in the room was also nice. parking Can be the issues for Four wheelers. After all the patient of the Hospital can give a Unbiased review.
