I recently underwent cataract surgery at this hospital, and my experience was excellent. The Dr. Shushama Ramchandani and insurance staff Rutika, Pooja and all were very professional, kind, and supportive throughout the process. The surgery was smooth and painless, and the post-operative care was well explained. The hospital was clean, well-organized, and hygienic. From registration to discharge, everything was handled efficiently. I am very happy with the results and my vision has improved significantly. I truly recommend this hospital and the ophthalmology team to anyone looking for safe and high-quality eye care.
All treatment is excellent, but counceller Saroj is not good counceller, she is to be trained with speaking politely with customer. Manager Yash is having good knowledge and satisfied with our quarries regarding finalisation of both eyes surgery including finalisation of lenses for both eyes with reasonable cost. All staff are good giving excellent service to customer. Dr. Ramachandran Sir, Dr Jatin Sir, Dr Sandip Sir are excellent experienced doctors giving excellent services to me. Thanks all.
