I got my LASIK done here under the wonderful guidance of Dr. K. Madhavi, and the experience was excellent. The entire procedure, including the process, possible symptoms, and recovery was very clearly explained to me. The procedure itself went smoothly, and I was well taken care of throughout. The pre- and post-procedure care was very good, with clear instructions and support. The staff was polite and helpful, and everything was well organized. Overall, a very smooth and reassuring experience.

Very poor appointment management. Despite having an appointment, there was no proper scheduling or queue system. Long waiting time and lack of coordination at the front desk. Worst experience at front desk and no proper communication. Won't recommend this place.

I had an excellent experience with Dr.K.Madhavi.I visited for sight correction, I had low cornea thickness making it not suitable for surgey, however after multiple checks and tests, Dr.Madhavi recommended customised PRK. Surgery went very well and recovery is going on very well too. Highly recommend doctor K.Madhavi garu. My husband also underwent the same procedure from Dr.Madhavi 10years ago, and have excellent vision now
