Worst experience. Administrative exp: They don't provide prior scheduled appointment, wasting time wantedly. No chairs available at waiting area. Bike parking not available. BP Checkup takes 45 minutes. Clinical exp: Dr Harini is good. But cardiologist prescribed dolo 650 but there is no fever symptom. Gas related medicine prescribed twice even it is clearly communicated to verify before prescribe If you are planning to take your family member, i dont reccommond this hospital to anyone. Their complaint cell is not communicating problems to management hence very bad quality service. I have decided to avoid this hospital for my future appointments and shifting to other hospital.
We came here for Dr.T.V.Narayana Rao garu... We got a very good and quick treatment... Staff are more responsible and very well mannered... What stood out most was that this care was delivered on a holiday(Pongal) yet the responsiveness, attention, and commitment were absolutely outstanding.
