My father recently underwent cataract surgery at this hospital. The doctors were highly professional and took great care of him throughout the treatment. I had my LASIK procedure done at this eye hospital, and my experience was very good. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. The doctor was knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident. "I visited Chaitanya Eye Hospital in Vijayawada today 01/03/2026 and had a very disappointing experience. While the doctors here are reputable, the lady staff members in the eye-screening department are extremely rude and unprofessional. They behave as if they are doing patients a favor for free, showing no respect or basic courtesy. It is a shame that such a good doctor’s reputation is being spoiled by the worst possible frontline staff. Management needs to train their staff on how to talk to patients, otherwise, people will stop coming despite the medical expertise."
