Overall a decent experience with the doctors and optometrist. Typical wait time 60-90 minutes. Consultation fee: 250 rupees. Because it was my general consultation and also as I'm young they didn't do any dilation of pupils it was a bit quick. Was attended by Dr. Swathi and she was patient enough to answer my queries. But I still feel probably they might be understaffed too. I don't like the practice of making the next patient sit beside you in doctor's room while they are attending you. You got to respect the patient's privacy damnit! While leaving I had to ask them for the bill explicitly. It is ridiculous that they don't provide it without asking. When I asked if this is a standard practice they lied saying that they forgot to do it only for me. But I don't recommend the optician in the premises for getting your specs and lenses. The optician was very rude and impatient to explain properly. When I told him my specs are with blue light protection and he looks at them and calls them local made one. Tells what they have are much better. It's been over 18 months since I got my lenses so I didn't remember which brand they were. When I got home and checked them they were Zeiss Duravision Drivesafe. (Attaching a picture as well) He shamelessly tried to belittle me without even checking the specs. What's even more surprising is that there weren't many customers that he was trying to cater to. There is no one guiding there about where to park. The hospital is at a busy junction and we can't just park anywhere. There should be either a security guiding or some board. The lift doesn't work properly and the security staff at the ground floor are least bothered to help. The toilets in the OPD floor are stinky as hell. All in all the maintenance and management is pretty bad probably because of the relatively low consultation fee of 250. It's an utter waste of the prime location if they don't use it well.

Visited Maxivision Hospital 3 weeks ago for a laser eye surgery consultation with the help of Joshi. After a thorough eye test and scanning, I consulted with **Dr. Ramakrishna garu**, who clearly explained two options: PRK and SMILE. After careful consideration, we decided to go with SMILE surgery, scheduled for June 7. The entire procedure took just around 20 minutes. Post-surgery, the doctor even showed me the removed tissue—an oddly fascinating moment! I experienced a bit of discomfort that day, but with the prescribed eye drops, things quickly got better. Two days later at my follow-up, I was stunned. My vision had improved from -4.75 to 0.5! I honestly couldn’t believe I was seeing clearly without glasses after so many years—it’s a feeling I find hard to put into words. Maxivision's tagline, “Eyes speak, we listen,” truly reflects their care and precision. We consulted Dr. Rama Krishna sir for eye treatment, and our experience has been truly reassuring. He is extremely humble, patient, and a very kind human being. He listens carefully, explains the condition clearly, and treats patients with genuine care and compassion. His approach itself gives a lot of confidence and peace of mind. In addition to the doctor, the entire hospital staff is very homely and supportive. From reception to nursing staff, everyone is polite, attentive, and ensures patients are comfortable throughout the treatment process. The care, guidance, and medication provided were excellent. Overall, it is a hospital where patients are treated with respect and warmth. We are very satisfied with the treatment and highly recommend Dr. Rama Krishna sir and his hospital for eye care.
