I recently underwent LASIK surgery at Chandra Super Speciality Eye Hospital, and my experience has been extremely positive. From the initial consultation to the post-surgery follow-ups, everything was handled very professionally. The doctors explained the procedure clearly, addressed all my concerns, and made me feel comfortable throughout. A special mention to Mr. Harish for his constant support and coordination throughout the process. Dr Rajesh Bhatia and other doctors & his team are excellent. I consider this Chandra super speciality eye hospital at par with facilities in metropolitan city like Delhi Gurgaon and Mumbai. I went for the cataract surgery for the both eye. I feel perfect both. Eyes visiion wise I pay my gratitude and regards to dr Bhatia especially and team also. Waiting time is too much, the interns or whosoever calls out name of the patients just roam around different cabins to make a impression of being busy and like they are doing a lot of work , but instead they just keep moving patients up and down the building. The work which could have been done in just 15-20 min for a minor issue took almost 1:30 hours and we still could not get a satisfied response from the doctor. Firstly the payment is done on the main window and the slip has the name of Dr rajesh bhatia , but some other doctors check up on you and thats perfectly fine but the payment slip should have the actual doctors name on it . It just feels like these big hospitals do not value the importance of time of the normal patients . Please fix this asap or people will keep getting annoyed .
