The wait time was abysmal and there seemed to be no proper system or coordination in place. There were no status updates for attendants during the process, while the operation takes around 10-15 min. The patient remained inside the OT for nearly three hours, and despite being asked to arrive at 9 AM, we only got done and left around 3 PM. A medical facility should at least ensure basic planning, communication, and transparency for patients and their families.
