I visited CISRO Hospital, Patna, for treatment of my relative under Dr. Mahesh Kumar sir, and I am very satisfied with the overall experience. Dr. Mahesh sir is very knowledgeable, and explains medical conditions clearly, which really helped reduce our stress during the treatment process. His approach is calm, professional, and reassuring. I would also like to appreciate Mr. Kumar Vaibhav ji, who was extremely helpful throughout the process. He assisted with appointments, paperwork, and guiding us through hospital procedures. His support made the entire experience much smoother. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend Dr. Mahesh and the team at CISRO for their professionalism and patient-friendly approach.

I have recently visited to this hospital for spine treatment but staff behaviour is not good. I have wait for 30 minutes to get an appointment with the doctor , even though there were no other patients.After that , I had to fill out an large application form to get an appointment ; by then ,the doctor had left. I request hospital othority to fix their system.many review me bhi staff ka behaviour bad show ho Raha hai.
