I visited this hospital on 13th Sept with my father in critical situation and consulted Dr. akhilesh k singh. He is the best doctor I can say by seeing his practice. My discharged in 2 days with happy smile. Tariff is also genuine. Staff are cooperative. On 6th floor arrangement has been done for attendant free of cost. I recommend Dr. Akhilesh K Singh for 5 star.
Samay Hospital gave us the worst experience ever. They totally neglected the patient even in the ICU. The moment they realized we were not going to pay for more days or additional charges, their behaviour completely changed. They became rude, careless, and unprofessional. It was very clear that they only care about money, not about the patient’s health. When we refused to extend the observation days, they didn’t even write the proper medicines. I came here after seeing the good Google reviews, but now I strongly feel most of those reviews are fake, paid, or written by their own people. The real experience is completely opposite. I will never recommend Samay Hospital to anyone.
